Lee Seung Gi Confirmed To Join 2018 Asia Artist Awards Lineup

Another actor has been added to lineup for the 2018 Asia Artist Awards!

On October 26, it was confirmed that Lee Seung Gi will be attending the awards ceremony.

Lee Seung Gi made his debut in 2004 with his song “Because You’re My Woman” and steadily gained popularity to become one of Korea’s representative entertainers.

As an actor, Lee Seung Gi has starred in hit dramas such as “Hwayugi,” “You’re All Surrounded,” “The King 2 Hearts,” “My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho,” and countless more. He has also made appearances in films including “Love Forecast” and this year’s “The Princess and the Matchmaker.” Currently, he is filming for upcoming drama “Vagabond” alongside Suzy.

The entertainer is also known for his variety show appearances, as he has previously starred in programs such as “2 Days and 1 Night,” “Strong Heart,” and “Noona Over Flowers.” Most recently, he took on the role of MC for Mnet’s “Produce 48.”

His appearance at this year’s awards ceremony will be especially meaningful as he won the Best Welcome Award last year.

A total of 26 artists and 27 actors will be in attendance. Currently, the lineup includes BTS, Wanna One, GOT7, iKON, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, NU’EST W, Sunmi, MONSTA X, Block B’s Zico, IU, AOA, MAMAMOO, 2PM’s Junho, INFINITE’s L, B1A4’s Jinyoung, Lee Byung Hun, Joo Ji Hoon, Yoo Yeon Seok, Park Hae Jin, Jang Ki Yong, Ryu Jun Yeol, Jin Joo Hyung, Jasper Liu, and Kim Da Mi.

With Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Lee Sung Kyung hosting the event, the 2018 Asia Artist Awards will take place on November 28 at the Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon.
