Lee Soo Man Makes Billboard's 2020 Impact List Of Influential Global Music Industry Leaders

SM Entertainment’s Lee Soo Man has been recognized for his accomplishments!

On January 23, Billboard’s “The 2020 Billboard Impact List” was revealed with producer Lee Soo Man as the only Korean leader selected to be on the list. The list honored 22 individuals with exceptional influence over the future of the global music industry.

In the list, Billboard pointed out that SuperM “became the first Korean act to debut its first album on the Billboard 200” while explaining that producer Lee Soo Man was leading the music industry with the idea of “culture first, economy next” for his partnership with Capital Music Group and Global Citizen. Previously, it was also announced that producer Lee Soo Man would be the executive director for the charity concert Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream in Seoul this upcoming September.

The list also included other leaders who are heading the global music industry including AEG Presents COO Melissa Ormond, who’s planned concerts for artists including Katy Perry, Alicia Keys, and more, Sony Music Latin President Alex Garllardo, TikTok’s Head of music partnerships and operations in North America Corey Sheridan, international booking agent at Creative Artists Agency Jon Ollier, and more.

Earlier in January 17, producer Lee Soo Man was also selected by Variety as one of the top 500 most influential global business leaders in the entertainment industry as part of their “Variety500” list for the third year in a row starting in 2017.
