Block B's U-Kwon Announces Military Enlistment Date

Block B’s U-Kwon has officially announced his plans to enlist in the military.

On May 8, KQ Entertainment confirmed that the singer was preparing to enlist in less than two weeks. A representative of the agency stated, “U-Kwon will be enlisting in the military on May 18. Following his basic training, he plans to fulfill his service as an active-duty soldier.”

As of May 18, U-Kwon will become the fourth member of Block B to enlist in the military, following Jaehyo (who was discharged in December of last year), Taeil, and B-Bomb.
