How Did Se7en and JYP’s Collaboration Happen?
As we reported earlier, Se7en’s new album will be a collaboration between JYP and Se7en. Teasers were shown showing JYP playing the piano, then being joined by Se7en. Se7en also released the new mini album tracklist. This is the first time that JYP Entertainment and YG Entertainment will be working together. So how did the two rival companies work with each other? It looks like SBS K-Pop Star and a dinner together made it happen! According to representatives, JYP and YG became closer through SBS K-Pop Star. Se7en, JYP, and YG had dinner together and that is where the project was hatched.
IU’s Funny Explanation of Jjamppong on Japanese TV
On January 26, IU made her first Japanese TV appearance on a show called "Hot@Asia." In the show IU showed her singing skills together with a good Japanese and also a very nice explanation of "Jjamppong" which became a hot topic between Korean Netizens. For those who do not know much about Korean food, "Jjamppong" and "Jjajangmyeon" are the two main menu items served in Korean Chinese restaurants, that everybody should try at least once in their lives.
Se7en Reveals 2nd Mini Album Tracklist and Release Date
A few days ago, JYP released a mysterious teaser on his official channel. Some speculated that it would be a snippet to one of his artists’ new song. Today, we reported that Se7en unleashed the teaser to one of the songs featured on his new album, "When I Can’t Sing" which is the continuation of the teaser previously released by JYP.

Live broadcasts are a fickle thing, it requires a great deal of energy be expended doing rehearsals and going through every possible failure point to ensure that nothing out of the ordinary occurs during a live broadcast, since the nature of a live broadcast means that once it’s out, it’s out in the open for good. We’ve had several incidents of accidents occurring on these live broadcast music programs in recent months and we’ve yet again had another issue. Se7en Releases Comeback Teaser Featuring JYP
Remember that we previously reported a strange teaser posted on JYP’s Twitter account and that it could be a hint of possibly a 2PM’s comeback? Well, surprisingly the teaser video wasn’t intended for 2PM but to Se7en instead. The teaser, called "JYP for Se7en", was revealed during today’s broadcast of "Inkigayo". It has a piano intro played by J.Y. Park while Se7en sings smoothly accompanied by the melodies of the piano.
