2AM had a successful Christmas concert on December 24 and 25. The concert was held in the Jamsil Students Sports Complex and its title was “We Ask for Christmas.” Although the weather was icy cold, 2AM still showed of passionate performances that heated up nearly 8,000 fans. The moment that the four members of 2AM appeared on stage the crowd went wild. 2AM performed sweet carols to create a romantic atmosphere and also showed off exciting and upbeat performances as well.

Cube Entertainment’s New 7-Man Group to Debut in Early 2012
Cube Entertainment (BEAST, 4minute, and G.NA) will reveal their new boy group early in the year 2012. On December 26, Cube Entertainment gave out awards for their singers and also talked about the plans for next year. Cube Entertainment’s CEO Hong Seung Sung stated, “We are planning to debut a 7-man group either at the end of January or the middle of February. They are the ones who are currently mentored by Jo Kwan Woo on JTBC’s Sitcom ‘I Live in Cheong Dam Dong.’ Some of the singers on the show will actually debut as real singers.”
2NE1 Planning to Be Active in Japan in February 2012
One of the representatives of the pop group stated the following to a Korean news organization, "The group will probably release their new Japanese album in the second month of 2012. The decision of whether to release a mini album or a single track has not firmly been decided yet. However, we are certain that they will begin their active promotions in February of the upcoming year."
EXO Teaser Truck Travels Throughout Seoul
SM Entertainment continued their promotions for their new group EXO during the holidays! On December 22 a unique logo appeared on the official homepage with the title “FROM. EXO PLANET.” Then after the countdown was over a teaser was shown revealing one member named Kai. During Christmas an “EXO Truck” travelled throughout Seoul. SM Entertainment stated, “The EXO Truck has been travelling around all the hot spots: Kangnam, Myeongdong, Shinchon, and Hongdae. The truck that travelled around Seoul from December 23 to 25 caught the attention of people passing by through its flashy clip.”
Super Junior’s World Tour "Super Show 4" in Singapore Moved to February 18
Concert organizers Running Into The Sun and Conceptual announced that due to a slight change in schedules, Super Junior, who recently won "Singapore’s Choice for Most Favorite Korean Artist" award at the MAMA 2011, will perform their latest world tour "Super Show 4" in Singapore on February 18 next year at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, instead of February 17 as confirmed previously. Launch of ticket sales will start in early January 2012, with further details to be announced shortly.
F.T. Island to Hold their First Concert in Malaysia
The concert is specially conceptualized by the FTISLAND members for their fans. This includes song selection, stage design, overall direction and performances. Fans will be able to sing along and be absorbed by FTISLAND’s music at the Rock Zones as the T-shaped extension will allow them to view their favorite band.

The lovely Santa girls Nicole, IU, and Hara host the last episode of Inkigayo for 2011! IU took the win for the last episode of SBS Inkigayo for 2011. Unforunately Infinite and Noeul were not available to perform their songs on tonight’s episode.
