The SBS variety show “Kim Yu-Na’s Kiss and Cry” the emcee and judge Kim Yu-Na gave her remarks for finishing the last filming of the show. According to SBS, Kim Yu-Na appeared at the Ilsan SBS studio on August 9th to film the final episode. For the final episode, there were no disqualifications but the participants were ranked between number one and four. Kim Yu-Na stated, “Months ago the members of the show couldn’t stand properly on the ice but now they are doing spins, jumps, and lifts they are so great, I feel as proud as a mother would.”

KBS Official Statement on Kang Ho Dong Leaving One Night Two Days: Nothing Decided
So, KBS finally made their official statement regarding this affair and we have at least learned one fact: That it is true that Kang Ho Dong wants to leave “One Night Two Days” and he has told KBS about it. According to the press release from KBS, “It is true that Kang Ho Dong has told us that he wants to leave ‘One Night Two Days’ , however nothing has been decided as of yet. One Night Two Days is a variety show that represents this nation. Kang Ho Dong still has special affection for the show and we believe that he will make a wise decision for ‘One Night Two Days’ and also the citizens of South Korea who love ‘One Night Two Days.’”

T-ara’s Hyomin Reveals Costume for "Gyebaek"
T-ara’s Hyomin will try her hand at a historical drama when she appears in "Gyebaek" as Cho Young, variously described as the friend of Eun Go or the wife of Gyebaek (no clue as to whether either of these descriptions are correct). However, the first set of photos of Hyomin in costume have been released, and they provide a clue to the type of character she will play. Cho Young’s character is said to be a tough, strong woman who excels at horseriding and fighting, and Hyo Min, wielding a sword and wearing pants, looks as if she fits the role perfectly. This is a real change for fans who are accustomed to seeing Hyo Min in T-ara’s girly getups, but they are really anticipating her appearance!
[Update] Kang Ho Dong Leaving "One Night Two Days"
Dispatch has a conflicting report stating that they got on the phone with Na Young Suk PD of “One Night Two Days.” According to Dispatch, Na Young Suk PD stated, “This is the first time I’ve heard that Kang Ho Dong is leaving the show, this leaving rumor is not true. Kang Ho Dong or the production team of ‘One Night Two Days’ has never discussed his leaving. I don’t know why a story like this appeared.”

F.T. Island’s Lee Hongki and Japan’s veteran actress Reiko Takashima have been cast in KBS’s upcoming special drama series, “Noriko Goes to Seoul.” The new drama, produced to celebrate Korea’s largest national holiday, Chusok, is about a Japanese woman who falls in love with K-Pop and works her way up to audition for a K-Pop singer. Lee Hongki stars as Min Ha, a trainee singer that gets to meet Noriko, played by Takashima, and teaches her how to sing.
Tiger JK, T, Simon D, and Dynamic Duo on “Running Man” Hip Hop Special
SBS’ “Running Man” is planning a hip hop special. On August 10th the “Running Man” PD Cho Hyo Jin stated, “We currently filmed the hip hop special for Running Man. We always wanted to have a hip hop special. For the show we had Tiger JK, T, Simon D, and Dynamic Duo.” When asked about the concept for the filming he stated, “We still have some more filming left so it’s difficult to go into the specific details, as you all know Yoo Jae-Seok enjoys hip hop and he is close to Tiger JK. The filming atmosphere was very good.”
