Kwon Sang Woo plays “Nam Soon” who is a man that lives a meaningless life because he cannot feel any pain. The leading female actress is Jung Ryeo Won who plays “Dong Hyun” who is a direct opposite of Nam Soon because she has a disease that makes her very susceptible to pain.
