SNSD’s Jessica became the cover girl for the magazine “First Look” on December 1. The concept was “Break the Ice” where she would break away from the image of an ice queen (typically the image that she portrays of being cold), and looked more like a posh housewife. (The actual Korean term is Cheongdam-dong Daughter-In-Law, and it is used to describe the rich housewives in South Korea that live in the most expensive district.) Within the picture Jessica was basically luxury itself. She wore a beige one piece and a white coat on top. She also wore leopard sunglasses and brown long boots. Then she finished off the look with red gloves and held 3 different mini todbags.

It’s another day and the girls once again prepare to perform in front of their fans. We are once again at the MBC Studios and the girls are waiting behind the scenes waiting for their turn. They may do a whole bunch of other activities but standing on stage is definitely one of their favourites. Today they are performing “Mr Taxi,” a song that was originally in their first Japanese album, now translated into Korean and being used as one of the other songs they are performing during their domestic activities for their current album.

We once again return to the KBS Studios and Hyoyeon is busily doing something in the SNSD dressing room. It looks like she is preparing to apply some makeup to one of her staff members. Hyoyeon notes that “Out of all the people that I have done this to (Applied makeup); there was no-one that didn’t like it. Since I’ve applied makeup for four years now, I sometimes apply it to other people as well. Everyone likes it.”

We pick up from yesterday and the girls are just about to get up on stage. It’s no ordinary stage thou, it’s the stage of dreams, the stage that only the best of the best gets to stand on. It is the famous Madison Square Garden in New York City. It will be the girls’ first ever North American Concert.

On November 9, MBC’s “Golden Fishery – Radio Star” broadcasted a ‘Musical Star Special’, where musical actress Park Hae Mi, musical actor Im Tae Kyung and SNSD members Taeyeon, Jessica and Tiffany appeared as guests. During the show when one of the MC’s referred to SNSD fans as ‘So-duk’, Taeyeon spoke out and corrected the MC’s which later became a hot topic on the internet.
