BIGBANG’s "Blue" is Mnet “M! Countdown” Song of the Week. BIGBANG, though yet to appear on the show next week, came out triumphant with “Blue” against miss A’s “Touch” and John Park’s “Falling.” Nine Muses, C-REAL and Bohemian came out with new songs. Busker Busker lit up the show with a special performance. “M! Countdown” performances of the evening included the “hot stage” of FT Island, Se7en, MBLAQ, Tony & SMASH, John Park, K.Will, Brian Joo, Dal Shabet, Brave Girls, SPICA and WE.

Song Hye Gyo and John Park Release their Duet “Switch” MV

The Commercial Music Video for “Switch” was released on March 8. The duet between Song Hye Gyo and Superstar K2 John Park is going to be used for the makeup brand Laneige. Here is a description of what is going on in the Commercial MV. Song Hye Gyo says, “Phew… I want to sing.” Then she receives an invitation from John Park. Before she enters the studio, John Park looks at the camera saying, “Hello I am John Park, I am honored at the opportunity to sing with Hye Gyo nuna. I will focus on harmony.”

Recently, a video of Song Hye Gyo and John Park has been uploaded on Youtube and other online communities, garnering a lot of attention. In the video, Song Hye Gyo opens a letter and asks, “John Park?” The scene then transitions to John Park, who picks up his cell phone and says, “Song Hye Gyo? Oh my god,” hinting at a collab work between the two.

John Park: "My Goal is to Become a Musician (Not an Entertainer)"

John Park from Mnet "Superstar K2" finally made his debut with the first album, "Knock" after 16 months since he won the second place on the show. Some might consider this a late start compare to his fellow contestants on "Superstar K2" as Jang Jae In and Huh Gak already released two or three albums and started their career almost instantly after the show wrapped up.
