Some of the readers of my prior random musing articles will know that i’m a bit of lazy guy so as a special edition this week, i’ve enlisted the help of fellow Soompi writer Yoojiin to help me write our weekly dose of Random Musings. MBLAQ member Lee Joon stated that he was concerned about the way he was perceived in the public eye.
On TV, Joon’s image is one of a dumb but entertaining idol. The singer has been concerned by the false image people have of him. On the March 19 episode of JTBC’s "Park Kyung Rim’s Oh! Happy Day," the MBLAQ member revealed, "These days, seeing that people only see me as someone stupid is becoming hard to bear. The truth is, I’m not stupid."

MBLAQ has been spotted on set for the upcoming drama, "The Strongest K-Pop Survival." MBLAQ will be making a special appearance in the drama, according to sources on March 15. The drama is already picking up interest due to Go Eun Ah’s surprising transformation and Park Yoo Hwan’s unexpected acting skills.
Insider Look at SBS MTV “Music Island” Ep. 2 Feat. FT Island, MBLAQ, and Sunny
The second episode of SBS MTV “Music Island” featured MBLAQ, FT Island, Dal Shabet, Rainbow Pixie, and Lim Jeong Hee as guests, with Girls’ Generation’s Sunny, of course, hosting the show. Despite taking place in Jeju Island, the entire convention hall was fully packed, creating an almost concert-like atmosphere and a complete “live talk music show” experience.

BIGBANG, though yet to appear on the show next week, came out triumphant with “Blue” against miss A’s “Touch” and John Park’s “Falling.” Nine Muses, C-REAL and Bohemian came out with new songs. Busker Busker lit up the show with a special performance. “M! Countdown” performances of the evening included the “hot stage” of FT Island, Se7en, MBLAQ, Tony & SMASH, John Park, K.Will, Brian Joo, Dal Shabet, Brave Girls, SPICA and WE.
MBLAQ Lee Joon Is Frugal and Obsessive
Recently, MBLAQ recorded an episode of JTBC’s “Idol Premiere,” where Lee Joon honestly opened up about his frugal lifestyle as well as dating style. During the recording, Lee Joon revealed that he recently bought a house, and that the purchase was only possible because he stuck by his savings principles. According to fellow MBLAQ members, they have “never seen him go shopping.”
