Jang Geun Suk As William Tell on "Love Rain"

Jang Geun Suk will play two characters on “Love Rain.” He plays the art school college student “Seo In Ha” who is living in the 1970s. He also plays, “Seo Joon” who is a cold-hearted photographer in 2012. Pictures were revealed of Jang Geun Suk looking like “William Tell.” He appears to be on the 70s campus of his art school festival. Jang Geun Suk is using a bamboo bow of sorts and is aiming to hit his target. The various scenes of the art school festival are supposed to be nostalgic for viewers, reminding them of their youthful years.

A representative of “Love Rain” stated, “Domestic and international reporters came to the venue three hours before the start of the event. We believe this is the greatest response a press conference has ever had.”

Even before its broadcast, upcoming KBS melodrama “Love Rain,” starring Jang Geun Suk and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, has received tremendous media attention not just in Korea but also internationally. According to a representative from the drama, “Foreign press, along with Korean media outlets, will attend today’s press conference. The attendees include reps from China’s “Xinhua,” Japan’s “Sankei,” Japan Fuji TV, and some American and French outlets as well.”
