Last week, I was invited to the second night of SNSD’s sold-out concert tour here. This is the second time that I have been to an S.M. Entertainment artiste concert in Singapore this year. Again, it didn’t fail to amaze me at the amount of hard work put in! Having met the nine ladies earlier in the day at the press conference, I found myself being captivated by their girly charms even though I am not a Sone.

The 2011 Girls’ Generation Tour in Singapore press conference was held on December 10, a day after the nine young ladies held a successful first night of the sold-out show. After the host DJ Ah Dong from Radio 1003 introduced SNSD onto the stage, Tiffany took the lead to make their formal self-introduction before taking their seats.

It’s another day and the girls once again prepare to perform in front of their fans. We are once again at the MBC Studios and the girls are waiting behind the scenes waiting for their turn. They may do a whole bunch of other activities but standing on stage is definitely one of their favourites. Today they are performing “Mr Taxi,” a song that was originally in their first Japanese album, now translated into Korean and being used as one of the other songs they are performing during their domestic activities for their current album.

We once again return to the KBS Studios and Hyoyeon is busily doing something in the SNSD dressing room. It looks like she is preparing to apply some makeup to one of her staff members. Hyoyeon notes that “Out of all the people that I have done this to (Applied makeup); there was no-one that didn’t like it. Since I’ve applied makeup for four years now, I sometimes apply it to other people as well. Everyone likes it.”
