Lee Seung Gi’s Comedy Sketch on Fuji TV’s “SMAPXSMAP"

Lee Seung Gi’s recent appearance on Japan’s Fuji TV’s “SMAPXSMAP” has been garnering much attention lately. On June 13th, the multi-talented star made a guest appearance on the show, along with Japanese singer SMAP’s Inagaki Goro, where the two did a comedy sketch. In the sketch, Lee Seung Gi, who was dressed in a suave suit, showed off his fluent Japanese skills while acting as rivals with Inagaki Goro, attracting much attention from netizens. His character “Hwan,” who runs a Korean restaurant and has a girlfriend named “Kumi,” resembled the character “Sun Woo Hwan” from his previous drama “Brilliant Legacy.”

Ahh!!! this episode was very exciting and had me smilling through and through. The episode had drama/romance/action, can never go wrong with a combination like that. But like I said before, this episode was jam-packed with scenes, @_@ really I am amazed at how much story they put in each and every episode.

On yesterday’s episode of MBC’s “The Greatest Love,” Gu Ae Jung (Gong Hyo Jin) and Dokko Jin (Cha Sung Won) went on a secret picnic to a small and tranquil village in the countryside since they could not enjoy dates in public due to people recognizing them. As expected, there was no one in the rural village—only one cow—as the two ate together the food that they brought and enjoyed a wonderful and romantic date.

“Sunny” is a group made up of high school friends. In South Korea, these groups are made up by guys and/or girls and they represent their perspective high schools. But also of course, these groups do “bad things” getting into fights with other groups, drinking and what have you. The film portrays and pokes fun at the girl groups which usually call themselves “7 Princesses.”

On yesterday’s episode of SBS’s “Lie to Me,” Hyun Ki Joon (Kang Ji Hwan) officially broke up with Oh Yoon Joo (Jo Yoon Hee). Ki Joon also made it clear to Yoon Joo that he was truly in love with Gong Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye). Yoon Joo was left in utter shock. She drank excessively but wasn’t able to wake up the next morning. She was carried to the hospital in unconscious state; however, Ki Joon did not come over to see her as his always cared about Gong Ah Jung.
