On August 14th at 6:30PM in Songpa-gu, Seoul at the Jamsil Olympic Stadium the first ever Cube family concert was held. The concert named, “United Cube Concert-Fantasy Land” featured performances by the popular acts 4Minute, Beast, and G.NA. The Cube concert saw hundreds of spectators in attendance for the outdoor stage.

As more teens are having dreams of becoming idol singers within the entertainment world, early education has become essential. SBS’ “Nightly TV Entertainment” had a special that focused on the early education that goes on in order to train idol stars. After a survey it was found that singer trainees often make their career choice at the average of 11.67 years old then they have to begin preparing for their debut. The first step of becoming a star is becoming an agency trainee by passing the agency audition test.
Japanese Group U.I.C. Accused of Plagiarizing BEAST
Plagiarism controversies have been common in K-Pop as of late. The public has seen copycat groups performing in other countries. For instance BEAST’s hit “Shock” was accused of being plagiarized by Vietnamese group HBO and OK-Bang from China sounded and looked oddly enough like Big Bang. Another accusation of plagiarism has been made involving BEAST thanks to the sensitive ears of clever netizens.
BEAST Announces the "K-POP Star Hunt" Event in Taiwan
The boys of BEAST visited Taiwan the third time on July 22nd; besides holding fan meeting two days in a row, they announced the audition event “K-POP Star Hunt” at the press conference, which is held by tvN channel and Cube Entertainment, to looking for next K-Pop star in Asia!
BEAST, 4minute, and G.NA Sing Together for U-Cube
BEAST, 4minute, and G.NA all sang together. On July 19th, according to Cube Entertainment, Beast, 4 Minute, and G.na all sang a song titled “Fly So High” together. This song will be released on the 20th under the title of U-Cube (United Cube).

Cube Entertainment’s singers, 4minute, BEAST and G.NA are now PR ambassadors for the KAC. (Korean Airports Corporation.) The KAC announced on July 5th, “The idols 4minute, BEAST, and G.NA that are on the peak of Asian stardom have been chosen as PR ambassadors.” “The Korean Wave stars of Cube Entertainment have a dynamic image that match the image of Kimpo International Airport.”
BEAST to Represent Korea at the "MTV World Stage in Malaysia"
Not long ago Cube Entertainment revealed that the international superstars, BEAST, have been invited to and will perform at the “MTV World Stage in Malaysia 2011” as representatives for Korea. “MTV World Stage” is an international music festival that features performances by world famous artists. So no doubt this is a great honor and achievement for BEAST and Cube Entertainment as well, to be the ones selected out of all the other Korean idols.

Cube Entertainment announced today that they will be hosting their first-ever family concert on August 14th. Titled “UNITED CUBE CONCERT,” the summer event will feature all the artists managed by Cube Entertainment, including BEAST, 4Minute, and G.NA.
BEAST’s Junhyung Talks About Producing Music
On May 17th, Beast released their long awaited first official album entitled, “Fiction and Fact”. The group went on to place first on music programs with their tracks “Fiction” and “On Rainy Days”. With multiple first place achievements the group continues to grow in popularity. Besides having a brand new album and winning mutizens there was another reason why the group was grabbing the attention of the public. The reason being that rapper, Yong Junhyung composed, wrote, and produced the groups track “Freeze”.
