BEAST Holds "Promise Event" For 5,000 Fans in Japan

Boy group BEAST has successfully ended their promotional activities in Japan. On September 19, a representative from Cube Entertainment said, "On September 16 and 17, BEAST carried out activities in Tokyo and Osaka for an anniversary promotion for its first album ‘So BEAST’. Around 5,000 fans were present for the ‘Promise Event’."

G.NA Gives Chuseok Greetings to Fans

G.NA gave her Chuseok greeting to fans through Cube Entertainment on September 9. G.NA’s wish was this, “I always think about this, but I wish that me and all the people that I love will always be healthy and live proudly as a ‘Top Girl.’ Also, the day after Chuseok is my birthday and I believe that I will be able to spend a meaningful Chuseok. I know I will be reenergized through my family but I also look forward to eating good food. I will also spend a happy Chuseok and will try harder for my singer activities.”

Cube Entertainment Artists to Perform in London at the "Thames Festival"

Artists of Cube Entertainment like BEAST, G.NA and 4minute will be heading to London in November for a collaborative performance! The family will be performing for two days on September 10 and 11 at the Bernie Spain Garden for a large outdoor festival called the Mayor’s "Thames Festival." It will be the first offline event where K-Pop is officially introduced to public in London, and the Cube will be acting as public relations officers.

Hong Seung Sung Talks About the Future of K-Pop

Cube Entertainment’s CEO Hong Seung Sung talked about raising his artists into global superstars at the discussion board for his latest book, "There Will Be No Spotlight If You Stop Now," on September 1st.

"I’ll raise them into world stars. The day where our artists will fly around the world for a world tour on chartered planes isn’t too far from now. I’m going to work hard so that Cube artists can succeed as world stars," Hong began.

BEAST Engages in Lawsuit to Get Rid of Harmful Media Status

BEAST’s agency Cube Entertainment has filed a lawsuit in order to get rid of the “harmful media” status for BEAST’s songs. Recently SM had a similar lawsuit and in court, it was decided that having the word “alcohol” in the lyrics of a song does not make that song “harmful media.” Cube Entertainment is following suite in order to get rid of that status for BEAST’s first album.

Cube Entertainment Artists Practice for “United Cube Concert in Japan”

On August 25th, Cube Entertainment released photos of their artists practicing for the upcoming “United Cube Concert in Japan.” The photos include G.NA rehearsing for her new single, “Top Girl,” performance as well as 4minute and BEAST training in comfortable clothes. All the artists seem to be at ease, enjoying their time together, despite having one of the biggest Japanese concerts of the year coming up soon.
