Marc Jacobs Runway Show Attended by G-Dragon, SNSD’s YoonA and Sooyoung, and More

Many celebrities turned out to check out the Marc Jacobs 2011 F/W season collection. The runway show was held on August 24 at Hyatt Hotel Hannam in Seoul. Some of the big names attending the event included G-Dragon (of course, always on top of fashion), SNSD’s YoonA and Sooyoung, Song Yoon Ah, Go Joon Hee, Han Hye Jin, Song Kyung Ah, Jang Yoon Joo, Sung Yuri, Han Hyun Joo, and Cha Ye Ryun. Most turned up wearing clothes from the collection, which combined luxurious fabrics with retro shapes and colors.

YG Family Shares "A Shot A Day" With Nikon

Nikon Imaging Korea recently released full images of YG Family members posing for their "A Shot A Day" campaign. Under the campaign, YG family artists will take photos and videos of their life on a day-to-day basis using Nikon cameras. The videos be compiled into an episode and released in the future.

G-Dragon Visits Park Seung Il With Sean

Big Bang’s G-Dragon went to visit Park Seung Il who is currently fighting Lou Gehrig’s disease with Sean of Jinusean. Sean continued to support Park Seung Il after he read the book that Park Seung Il wrote, “Writing Hope With Eyes.” Also, Sean has been pursuing activities in order to help build a sanitarium for patients with Lou Gehrig’s disease. Sean wrote through his twitter on August 22nd, “G-Dragon became the present. G-Dragon went to Park Seung Il the day after Park Seung Il’s birthday. Park Seung Il told me that it was such a good gift, G-Dragon promised that next time he came, he would bring good gifts.”

G-Dragon Poses With Doppelganger Manager

Big Bang’s manager thanked fans on Big Bang’s behalf. On August 19th through his twitter he wrote, “Thank you everyone who congratulated G-Dragon for his birthday! I hope that everybody will be happy and continue to have interest in Big Bang and love them.” He also added, “Please don’t go anywhere and always cheer them on.” Netizens have commented on the picture, “Who is G-Dragon?” “It’s pretty confusing. Haha,” “He even looks good shaving his head! He looks good with any style,” “I want to see him performing again,” “He looks like a high-school student.”

Fans Donate 20 Million Won ($20,000), Flo Rida Sends Special Message for G-Dragon’s 23rd Birthday

G-Dragon’s fans donated 20 million won, or roughly $20,000 USD, to a childcare hospital in Seoul on August 18th for the star singer’s 23rd birthday. The fan site, “Kwon Ji Yong’s Supporters,” said, “To celebrate G-Dragon’s 23rd birthday, we donated 12 million won ($12,000) for children suffering from rare diseases, and 8 million won ($8,000) to kids fighting heart diseases and hydrocephalus.”
