MBC’s “Golden Fishery’s” Chief Producer Won Man Shik has begun talking about the future of “Golden Fishery” without Kang Ho Dong. Won Man Shik stated on September 16, “Currently we are discussing whether we need to find a new emcee or just get rid of Kang Ho Dong’s corner and make a new one. However, ‘Radio Star’ will not become the main corner.” Currently, all of the big three broadcasting companies (SBS, KBS, and MBC) are all in a state of confusion because of Kang Ho Dong’s retirement statement. MBC is especially in red alert because of “Golden Fishery.”

Jang Geun Suk has recently revealed that the drama that helped him gain immense popularity in Japan, SBS’s "You’re Handsome", has broken a record that was set by KBS’s "Winter Sonata". During MBC "Golden Fishery – Knee Drop Guru" that was aired on September 14, Jang Geun Suk said, "I thought "You’re Handsome" would be successful during its airing. It was a completely different genre from "Iris" and I had complete confidence in the Hong sisters."

Will Kang Ho Dong Ever Return?

Kang Ho Dong has left. Even though he used the word "temporary", no one is exactly sure how long he will be gone. Even Kang Ho Dong himself is unsure about this. After he announced his temporary retirement, there was a huge fuss. There are four programs that are in critical condition since his departure: KBS’s "1N2D", MBC’s "Golden Fish", SBS’s "Strong Heart" and "Star King". The PD’s of all four programs got together for an emergency meeting regarding the future of these shows.

Jang Geun Suk Texts "I Like Women" to Lee Min Ho

Jang Geun Suk recently texted Lee Min Ho to get closer to him. The episode of MBC TV’s "Golden Fishery – Knee Slap Guru" that aired on September 7 as the Chuseok Special starred Jang Geun Suk as the main guest. During the show, Jang Geun Suk revealed that he wants to become closer to Lee Seung Gi and Lee Min Ho. Jang Geun Suk stated, "I recently texted Lee Min Ho, but he didn’t reply right away. This bothered me a lot so I began to think of things like, ‘when did he debut again?’"

Kim Hyun Joong Gave Up on Infinity Challenges Rowing Special

One June 12th, SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong appeared on MBC’s Entertainment Information program “Section TV Entertainment Communication.” During the interview he talked about his having received the “Infinity Challenge” test for the rowing/crew special. Kim Hyung Joong said, “I gave up in the middle of it. I took a 1km test and that length is hard to even walk but rowing…” “I wonder if Infinity Challenge will succeed?” and he stuck his tongue out.

Adventures of PSY and Sung Si Kyung

Sung Si Kyung and PSY were from the same highschool and also were together for a time during their military services. They also debuted on the same year: 2000. Sung Si Kyung appeared on Golden Fishery for the show broadcast on May 18th and talked about a hilarious incident with PSY.
