KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" Records Lowest TV Ratings
As unfortunate as it is, drama "Spy Myeong Wol" is, as critics put it, "a work without wings." On Sept. 5, KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" was reported to have hit a viewer rating of 4.9%, according to AGB Nielsen’s statistics. It had always maintained a steady rate of 5-6%, but towards the end, the percentage dropped closer to 4%.
T-ara’s Hyomin Focuses on Stamina Rather Than Body Shape
T-ara’s Hyomin revealed more pictures of her filming MBC’s Mon-Tue drama “Gye Baek.” On the show she plays the role of Cho Young. Through the agency, pictures of Hyomin eating snacks were shown while studying her script. Hyomin stated, “As I am part of a girl group I need to take care of my body shape while filming, however in order to play the role of Cho Young I think it’s more important that I look out for my stamina. Cho Young is a character that is good at martial arts and horse riding. Therefore she needs a lot of energy.”
SBS’ "Warrior Baek Dong Soo" Ranks #1 in Ratings
Ratings released by the AGB Nielsen Media Research firm on August 16th revealed that “Warrior Baek Dong Soo”’s nationwide viewership was 17.3%. Over the past nine days the drama has seen an increase from 15.9% to the current 17.3% which is a total of 1.4% in audience.
