[Opinion] Hey, Did You Watch "Invincible Youth Season 2?"

So, did anyone else watch “Invincible Youth Season 2?” The first episode of this highly anticipated variety show aired on Saturday night and fans have begun to express their opinions. As a fan of variety shows and a keen fan of “Invincible Youth Season 1” I thought I might give my first opinions of the show. Do note that this is personal opinions and do not reflect the opinions of Soompi or any other person. With that out of the way let’s get started.

First Pictures from KBS "Invincible Youth" Season 2 Revealed

Following last week’s annoucement of the final cast-list for Invinicible Youth Season 2, little tidbits of information are now starting to leak out as the show readies its first airing on Nov. 12. The first set of pictures from their very first recording were revealed by Boom on a series of Twitter posts made on Oct. 20. Boom started off with a Twitter post, where he stated "The first recording of Invincible Youth!!! Where are we!!! Who are we?? What is everyone thinking? Anything is fine, since we have our youth!! Let’s get up," accompanied by a picture which shows Boom, SNSD’s Hyoyeon, Kara’s Jiyoung, f(x)’s Amber and Jewelry’s Yewon crouching by the side of a road looking slightly lost.

Korean Wave Strikes at F1 Grand Prix Korea

On October 15, the official race course for the F1 Grand Prix Korea was opened in Yeongam. 200,000 people gathered for the debut of the Korean International Circuit track. Hallyu struck the grand opening of the 5.615 kilometer race circuit. The main idols who represent the Korean wave were present: ranging from SNSD, Super Junior, T-ara, Davichi, 4Minute, F.T. Island, Infinite, Jewelry, Orange Caramel, Brown Eyed Girls, along with many other idol groups to give a two hour performance for the opening celebrations.

Jewelry’s Semi is Practicing for Her Driving Test

On the night of Sept. 26, Jewelry’s Semi commented through her own Twitter, “Aah, I am so nervous. I have my driver’s license test tomorrow! I have been practicing after finishing up today’s schedule. This is a picture of me being very nervous. Please cheer for me” and uploaded the mentioned photograph along with her comment.

Clazziquai’s Alex Teams Up With Daum for Make a Wish Foundation

On September 16, Daum Communications revealed that it will team up with singer Alex (Clazziquai) for "Hope With the Stars", which raises funds for children with terminal illnesses. Their partnership will last until October 14. Currently, Alex is working with Daum’s community site to help children with pediatric cancer and leukemia. He is volunteering, spreading the word about gift donations, as well as introducing the Make a Wish Foundation through Daum’s site.

Jewelry S Releases Digital Single "Ames Room"

Jewelry S, a sub-unit group of the original four-member girl group Jewelry, will be the second project as they revealed their digital single “AMES ROOM” through their online site along with the music video. “AMES ROOM Vol. 2” is composed of Oh Geun Tak’s song (who was the winner of Melon’s “Song Writer Recruitment Project Take #1”), and composer Kim Kun Woo’s “It’s Whatever,” who’s known for composing MC Mong’s “Because I’m a Man” and “So Fresh,” as well as Maybee’s “Fool.”
