Many of us in Korea will celebrate this holiday by turning to our significant others, friends, and family members, but of course, many people will still yearn to hug their favorite celebrity. (After all, wouldn’t you?) The job site Albamon polled 763 college students to find out which famous person they most wanted to hug. Among males, the super adorable Song Joong Ki proved his hug-worthiness as 11.3% of respondents chose him as their ultimate celebrity to hug. However, it was the flawless Kim Tae Hee who topped the overall poll, garnering a whopping 19.7% of votes.

Lee Seung Gi: "I Wanted to Quit Being a Celebrity"

Lee Seung Gi first debuted in 2004 with the first album title song "Because You’re my Woman." The song was an infinite success. Who knew that he felt this way?

Lee told the interviewers, "The album that I prepared in 2006, ‘Crazy For U’ contained a lot of my desperation and my sadness. I thought, ‘Can I really do well?’ and I felt lacking in many ways." He continued on with, "The time during my 1st album to my 2nd anbum was the most worrisome part of my life. I worried a lot, Lee Seung Gi as a human. I often thought, should I not be a celebrity? Afterwards, I just wanted to run away and hide. I really contemplated about it a lot."

Lee Seung Gi Talks about His Music Career on MIC

On a recent episode of the cable channel Mnet’s “MIC,” which aired on November 27, Lee Seung Gi discussed his music career and the release of his fifth album, “We Are Friends.” He mentioned that his single “Era of Love,” which he composed himself was made in just 20 minutes. He commented, “I was in Japan and every time before I went out to have a beer I would write down sentences that I would like to share. Eventually these sentences would build up to be the lyrics of the song. I added a melody and recorded this and the final product was the single ‘Era of Love.’”
