Lim Soo Hyang and Other Actresses Attend SNSD’s Concert

Actress Lim Soo Hyang released a photo of her with fellow 1990 born actresses Shin Se Kyung, Kang Min Kyung, and also veteran actor Jung Jun. They took the picture after watching the SNSD concert held on July 23rd. Lim Soo Hyang made a post on her Metoday with the accompanied picture that read, “I came back from the SNSD concert. They kept telling me to make a wish so I said it keke, Jung Jun number 5, Min Kyung number one, Soo Hyang number 6.”

SHINee Jong Hyun and Shin Se Kyung Part Ways

It was reported today that SHINee’s Jong Hyun and actress Shin Se Kyung have decided to part ways recently, officially putting end to their relationship that started last October. According to local media, Shin Se Kyung’s management agency said, “It’s our policy to refrain from making any comments about our client’s personal issues. But we asked recently about their relationship and it was confirmed that the two just decided to become friends.”

MBC’s “High Kick!” Series Popular in North Korea?

Radio Free Asia (RFA), the U.S.-based nonprofit radio/Internet news service, has reported Tuesday that MBC’s hit sitcom series, “High Kick without Hesitation” and “High Kick through the Roof,” are gaining huge followings in North Korea lately. “South Korean dramas titled ‘High Kick through the Roof’ and “High Kick without Hesitation’ are making a lot of young North Koreans laugh these days. Teenager kids and young women are completely fascinated by the fun script of the ‘High Kick’ series,” the radio broadcaster said quoting an unnamed source from the North Korean city of Hae San in the Yang Kang Province. According to the source, the “High Kick” series first started to surface in the Yang Kang black markets from last November, and currently most high school students own a couple DVD copies of the hit sitcom.
