This film is an action/thriller about a quick service motorcycle driver that delivers bombs! A former motorcycle gang member, Gi-Soo, makes a living as a bike messenger. One day he witnesses the building blow up. Never suspecting he could have anything to do with the bomb, he moves onto his next job―which is escorting a girl group singer, Ah-rom, an ex-girlfriend from his biker days.

Kwon Sang Woo All Beaten Up, Why?

A picture of actor Kwon Sang Woo all beaten up was revealed. But have no fear fans, this is merely a picture of Kwon Sang Woo for the film “Pain.” Kwon Sang Woo and Jung Ryeo Won star the film “Pain” (Tong Jeung) which is director Kwak Kyung Taek’s tenth movie. Kwon Sang Woo plays “Nam Soon” who is a man that lives a meaningless life because he cannot feel any pain. The leading female actress is Jung Ryeo Won who plays “Dong Hyun” who is a direct opposite of Nam Soon because she has a disease that makes her very susceptible to pain.

Weekly Box Office Report (July 1st ~ 3rd)

A mysterious explosion occurs at the Balam Bridge in Seoul on November 20th, 1994. In front of hot-blooded local news reporter Lee Bang-Woo (Hwang Jung-Min), Yoon-Hyuk (Jin Goo) appears. Yoon-Hyuk is from the same hometown as Lee Bang-Woo, but they haven’t seen each other in a long time. Yoon-Hyuk hands over documents to Lee Bang-Woo and hints that the case of the Balam Bridge was fabricated. In order to uncover the truth behind the case, Lee Bang-Woo teams up with fellow reporters Son Jin-Ki ( Kim Sang-Ho ) and Sung Hyo-Kwan ( Kim Min-Hee ).

The Journals of Musan Receives Best Film Award: Italian Pesaro Film Festival.

On June 27th, the Journals of Musan received the Best Film for the 47th Pesaro Film Festival. Also, the film was selected as the best film for the young critic’s award. The film is directed by Park Jungbum and is about the story of Jeon Seung-chul, a North Korean defector forging a life in capitalist South Korea. He is placed in the outskirts of Seoul and eventually joins a church and meets Sook-Young who is a young choir singer that works nights at a karaoke bar. Seung-Chul finds comfort in a fellow outcast which is a stray dog that he looks after.

Weekly Box Office Report (June 24th~26th)

Poongsan is about a mysterious man (Played by Yoon Kye Sang) who can go back between Seoul (South Korean Capital) and Pyongyang (North Korean Capital) within three hours. He receives a secret request by South Korean government agents asking him to bring over In-oak (Kim Kyu Ri) who is the lover of a high-ranking North Korean defector. On their way back to South Korea, they fall in love with each other. South Korean agents ask a dangerous request. Also, North Korean spies scheme to capture In-Oak in order to execute the high-ranking North Korean defector…

Wonder Girls U.S. Film Debut

Wonder Girls will be appearing on a movie that is temporarily being called “Wonder Girls at the Apollo.” Wonder Girls members have appeared as cameos on Shim Hyung Rae’s “Last Godfather,” but this will be the first time all members appear in a film. This movie will be produced by Nick Cannon who appeared on the movie “Drum Line” and is also famous as Maria Carrey’s husband. The basics of the film are that Wonder Girls will be singing and dancing in competition against School Girls.

Weekly Box Office Report (June 17th~19th)

Featured Film of the Week: “White: The Cursed Melody” The Girl Group Pink Dolls which was originally a group that was not famous gains popularity through a remake of the song “White” which is song without an owner. The group is made up of Eunju who is the leader and was previously a back dancer, Jenny who is not good at hitting high notes, Arang who is addicted to plastic surgery, and Shinji who is good at dancing and rapping. As the group gains more popularity each member begins to become more jealous and competition gets fierce. Also, their obsession with becoming the main vocals becomes stronger.
