One Night Two Days: Lee Seung Gi Confesses About Losing Hair Because of Pressure

Lee Seung Gi confessed that because of the pressure of appearing on “One Night Two Days” he actually lost hair. On the episode of “One Night Two Days” that was broadcast on August 14th, each member had a mission of sending in a “story” or “confession” to a radio show. Lee Seung Gi confessed about the stress and pressure of appearing on a variety show that ended up in his losing hair. Lee Seung Gi wrote, “After first appearing on a variety show, for three years I haven’t slept before the day of filming, my heart was heavy when I had to do ‘dance hazing’ and each week I prepared when highly stressed, this ended up in me losing hair.”

PD Na Young Seok to Also Leave 1 Night 2 Days?

Straight on the heels of MC Kang Ho Dong‘s announcement that he might leave hit variety program "1 Night 2 Days," producer-director Na Young Seok (Na PD) has also given notice that he plans to leave the show. Na PD has reportedly put in a transfer notice to leave KBS in the fall, and join his fellow old-school "1 Night 2 Days" PDs Lee Myung Han and Lee Dong Hee over at cable network CJ E&M

U-KISS’s Dongho Attends Press Conference of "Hong Gil Dong 2084"

U-KISS’s Dongho attended the press conference of his upcoming movie, "Hong Gil Dong 2084," at Wangsimni CGV Cinema on August 12. The animated 3D movie constituted the idol singer’s voice acting debut. Dongho plays the lead character, Hong Gil Dong. The movie premieres on August 18.

Taiwanese Woman Almost Loses Eyesight Watching Korean Dramas

A 40-year old Taiwanese woman almost lost her eyesight after watching too much Korean TV dramas, it was reported today by Taiwanese local media. According to the report, this woman had recently watched Korean TV dramas for three straight days with only two hours of sleep in between. After realizing her eyesight had turned blurry, the woman rushed to the hospital only to find out that she was diagnosed with malignant glaucoma that could possibly make her go blind.

Kim Dong Wan to Play Independence Fighter Lee Yook Sa

Kim Dong Wan will star in a two-part series to air on MBC this month. The actor/singer has been cast as the male lead of the special drama, "Zenith," which will premiere on August 15.

Kim said, "I was offered the role and after reading the script for the shown I couldn’t help but be immersed in the character Lee Yook Sa." Lee Yook Sa was a patriot and poet who devoted his life to Korea’s liberation from Japanese rule in the early 20th century.
