"Superstar K4" Has More Than 70,000 Applicants in One Day
Cable TV channel Mnet started receiving applications for "Super Star K4" on March 8. Within one day, more than 70,000 applicants rushed with the dreams of becoming the next big audition star. Mnet announced that they have received total of 7,0881 applications via ARS service in one day. This is about 50% increase in the "first-day applicant pool" compared to "Super Star K3"s 4,7114 applicants on the first day.
SS501 Kim Hyung Joon Cast for “I Love You”
Kim Hyung Joon was cast for “I Love You” which will begin its broadcast in April on the cable channel TV SBS Plus. This will be Kim Hyung Joon’s second time acting. He will play the character “Yoon Chae” who will be a “public interest” worker.

Dimension Films to Remake Won Bin’s “The Man from Nowhere”
On March 8 it was reported that Dimension Films bought the rights for “The Man from Nowhere” starring Won Bin. According to a press release, the screenwriter Shawn Christensen who wrote the script for the 2011 film “Abduction” (Starring Taylor Lautner) will be a part of the adaptation.

"The King 2hearts" revealed a second trailer today. "The King 2hearts" tells the love story of North Korean officer "Kim Hang Ha" (Ha Ji Won) and Korean Prince "Lee Jae Ha" (Lee Seung Gi) The story takes place in a South Korean constitutional monarchy. Although it seems like they live in completely separate worlds, they will eventually fall in love in the midst of the chaos between their two nations.

"Love Rain" Releases First Stills of Girls’ Generation YoonA’s Contemporary Character
KBS’s upcoming drama “Love Rain,” starring Girls’ Generation’s YoonA and Jang Geun Suk, released first teaser stills of YoonA’s contemporary character Ha Na from Hokaido, Japan. In the photos, YoonA looks noticeably different from her 1970s Kim Yoon Hee character, who’s described as a pure, elegant “campus goddess.” With her hair tied up in a cute ponytail and dressed in casual, spunky clothing, YoonA portrays her bright, cheerful Ha Na.
