Winners Announced for 26th Golden Disk Awards (1st Day)
On January 11, the 26th “Golden Disk Awards” was held at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan. On today’s show, hosted by Super Junior’s Lee Teuk and Kara’s Park Gyuri, only the winners of the physical album awards were announced, as the winners for the digital sales category will be awarded at tomorrow’s event.

Airports in Korea and Japan have been hustling and bustling for the past two days due to the major outflux and influx of top idol stars traveling to the 26th Golden Disk Awards in Osaka, Japan. For two straight days, January 11-12, the 26th Golden Disk Awards will be held. On the first day, Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Kara’s Park Gyuri will be the emcees. On the second day, it will be FT Island’s Lee Hongki and miss A’s Suzy.

BEAST and A Pink’s couple dance music video “Skinny Baby” reached 670,000 views on GOM TV. The music video beat IU and SNSD’s and was number two on the weekly charts last week. “Skinny Baby” has a concept of the singers showing of their own personal styles. During the music video there is a runway where the celebrities do a walk. BEAST show off their manly side and they are all dressed up in black and white. A Pink on the other hand goes with their lovely concept.
