Davichi’s talented singer Kang Min Kyung is set to be replaced by her talented group compatriot Lee Hae Ri on KBS “Immortal Song 2.” According to Davichi’s agency Core Contents Media, “Kang Min Kyung will leave the show after today’s (Nov. 7) ‘Immortal Song 2’ best of the best special recording.”

Lim Jae Bum Praises Lee Hong Ki For His Rendition of “Confession”
FT Island’s main vocal Lee Hong Ki received much praise from Lim Jae Bum for his rendition of the latter’s hit song “Confession” (Go Hae). On Oct 16 during the broadcast of MBC variety “Our Sunday Night – Riding The Wind,” Lim Jae Bum and his music expedition team visited UC Berkeley in the US, where they held a concert attended by more than 1000 students. The episode also featured the first appearance of new member Lee Hong Ki, who impressed all by singing “Confession,” a song he loved. “Riding The Wind” also showed their preparations and rehearsals before the actual concert.
Jung Yong Hwa Tweets Support of FT Island
CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa expressed support to fellow band and labelmate FT Island through Twitter. In light of FT Island’s newest release, the remake album “Memory in FT Island,” the CN Blue leader snapped a photo of himself holding the CD.
F.T. Island’s Lee Hong Ki Reveals His Toned Figure
On October 9, F.T. Island’s Lee Hong Ki released a photo of himself along with the caption, "Who can this be?" through twitter. It is quite difficult to recognize the person in the photo due to the hat that’s covering the person’s face, but it has been revealed that the person is Lee Hong Ki. Wearing a black wifebeater and acid wash jeans, Lee Hong Ki looks like he has been working out frequently to tone his muscles.
Park Shin Hye Tweets A.N.Jell Second Anniversary Reunion
Fans of fictional band A.N.Jell from the 2009 hit drama “You’re Beautiful” get an anniversary tweet from the band’s Go Mi Nam, a.k.a. actress Park Shin Hye. On October 7, Park Shin Hye tweeted a picture of her, together with FT Island’s Lee Hong Ki and CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa, who played her A.N.Jell bandmates in the drama. Jang Geun Suk, who played A.N.Jell leader Hwang Tae Kyung was noticeably absent.

One of KBS’s Chuseok specials is "Noriko Goes to Seoul" with air on September 10. The special (akin to a TV movie, or a one-act drama) stars F.T. Island singer (and You’re Beautiful idol boy Jeremy) Lee Hong Ki, alongside Japanese actress Takashima Reiko. In a nutshell: She’s a Japanese housewife, he’s the aspiring musician who fails audition after audition; the two develop a friendship and she helps him through the difficulties of heading toward his dream.
