Infinite will live stream their encore concert, “Second Invasion – Evolution,” on April 1 through YouTube, becoming the first K-Pop artist to do so. The live stream will include a pre-concert “Exclusive! Infinite Special” segment featuring behind-the-scene and performance clips of the group, as well as five live performances of Infinite’s upcoming tracks.

2AM’s Changmin’s Ripped Back Muscles
2AM’s fitness fanatic Changmin revealed a picture of his ripped back muscles. On March 12, he tweeted a picture with the caption "A man’s back. Let’s lose a little more weight for the upcoming comeback." (Lose weight? Is he kidding?) The picture showcases Changmin’s defined back muscles as he pulls himself up at the gym. (Look at those wings!) His shoulder muscles are wide and very prominent as well, showing off his narrow waist.
SBS "K-Pop Star" Su Pearls’ "Fame" Video Hits 1 Million Views
SBS survival audition program "K-Pop Star" has been on a roll lately and gained tremendous popularity from outside of Korea as well. Su Pearls consists of Park Ji Min, Lee Michelle, Lee Seung Ju and Lee Ji Min. On the eighth episode of K-Pop Star which aired on January 22, Su Pearls performed "Fame" the original soundtrack of the eponymous movie. Their cover especially has been receiving hot responses online as it surpassed the million view mark on the entertainment portal Daum.
SME to Live Stream Photo Shoot for SNSD, f(x), EXO, and SHINee
On January 19 and 21, SM Entertainment and W Korea Magazine will live stream the photo shoot of SNSD’s Sunny and Seohyun, f(x)’s Sullie and Krystal, SHINee’s Jonghyun and Taemin, and the upcoming boy group, EXO, via YouTube. B.A.P. Makes First Group Introduction for Reality Series
The six member rookie group from TS Entertainment, B.A.P uploaded an introduction to their You Tube channel. The video is a teaser released in preparation for the first episode of their reality series, “Tadah! It’s B.A.P.” The first episode aired Sunday on SBS MTV. Already there is much anticipation surrounding the group (thanks to their pre-debut promotions) and it will only continue to rise with their reality show.

K-Pop Videos Set New Record on YouTube
K-Pop has taken the world by storm last year. The movement was clearly evident in the total number of views K-Pop videos have generated over the past year on YouTube. It was reported today by local media JoongAng Ilbo that K-Pop videos were viewed nearly 2.3 billion times worldwide in the past year, breaking the previous year’s record of 800 million views by nearly threefold.

K-Pop continued to make strides on a global scale last week as 2NE1 had their first performance in the U.S., while Cube Entertainment artists held the very first K-Pop concert on Latin American soil. SNSD announced details for their first U.S. single, and YouTube launched a K-Pop-only channel, which is the first page dedicated to the music industry of a certain country.
YouTube Launches Exclusive K-Pop Channel
YouTube has launched a separate K-Pop music channel, reflecting the growing presence of K-Pop in the global music scene. This is the first time YouTube has opened a music channel fully dedicated to a single country’s music, as the channels created so far have been based on musical genres, such as “Alternative,” “Electronic,” “R&B,” or “Jazz.”
