In Korea, the Lunar New Year is celebrated for three days. People usually travel back to their hometowns to spend time with their families and eat, drink, play games and practice the ever-so-popular ritual of "saebae" or bowing. Just like the Chuseok holiday, people dress up in colorful, traditional Korean hanboks during this time. Amidst the celebrations and greetings, top stars are decking out in their top hanbok gear for the 2012 Lunar New Year.

4Men Gives Their First Lunar New Year Greetings Since Debut
Although they debuted back in 1998, 4Men gave their first ever Lunar New Year greetings since their debut this year! As per tradition, the men dressed in beautiful pastel colors like blue, pink, and purple and posed for the camera with charm and elegance. They also didn’t forget to leave a special message for their fans, thanking them for another great year and hoping that they’ll join them for more.

Super Junior Wins Top Award at “21st Seoul Music Awards” (Winner List Included)
On January 19, Korea’s top artists were invited to the “21st Seoul Music Awards” held at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium. Twelve of the top K-Pop artists were given the “Bonsang” award to recognize their work and popularity over the past year. But the “Daesang” award, given to the top artist of the year, was awarded to none other than Super Junior.
IU’s Appearance on "Star Audition 2"
Yoon Sang’s numerous lessons seem to have no effects compared to seeing IU’s face. IU visited Yoon Sang’s mentor school on MBC “Star Audition 2.” Yoon Sang gave his mentees a mission to impress IU. IU’s visit was effective. Mentee Kim Tae Geuk had a difficult time memorizing lyrics when he practiced with Yoon Sang but his concentration and focus increased when IU appeared.
