New Girl Group Chocolat’s Tia has a Couple Photo Shoot with Ji Hyun Woo

Currently Chocolat is debuting soon and one of the members named Tia appeared on a couple photo shoot with Ji Hyun Woo. The photo shoot was revealed on August 8th and the two almost seem like a real couple. Tia is was born in 1997 and is only 15 years old but she looks a lot older for her age and is giving out a mature charm. Ji Hyun Woo and Tia are both associated with “Paramount Music.” K-Pop’s first-ever girl group predominantly comprised of bi-racial members will make their debut later this month. The group, called “Chocolat,” has two Koreans and three half-Caucasian, half-Korean members. All three bi-racial members have American fathers and Korean mothers.

JYJ to Hold Photo Exhibition This Week

JYJ will hold a photo exhibition titled, “Mine,” for 10 days from August 12th in Seoul, it was reported today. The exhibit will showcase photos taken by the group during their 10-city world tour, covering the U.S., Canada, and a number of Asian countries.

Anti-Hallyu Protest Takes Place in Japan

More than 2,000 Japanese people staged an anti-Hallyu protest in Tokyo on August 7th, local media reported today. According to Yonhap News Agency, the protesters congregated in front of Fuji TV’s headquarters in Odaiba, yelling “Stop the Hallyu,” “Give up your broadcasting rights,” and “We’re here to save Fuji TV from the hands of Hallyu.”

U-Kiss’ Dongho Injures Knee

U-KISS’ Dongho became injured while practicing dance moves. According to NH Media on August 8th, Dongho hurt a knee cartilage while practicing dance moves for the title song in Osaka, Japan on August 5th. The official response from the hospital was that the injury wasn’t serious but he needed to have a cast on to protect his knee. U-KISS is currently planning to return to South Korea in the middle of August to hold fan meetings and also appear on television.
