Moon Geun Young Denies Rumors of Her Appearing on Upcoming SBS Drama "Beautiful Life"

Moon Geun Young has stated that she will not be appearing in the SBS Drama “Beautiful Life” which is slated to be broadcast next year. In the morning of November 11, a lot of news sources stated “Moon Geun Young will appear in the medical drama ‘Beautiful Life,’ that will be broadcast around September 2012.” Moon Geun Young’s agency has stated, “There are no plans of that short.”

Jay Park: “I Had No Plans of Becoming a Singer”

Jay Park revealed that he never really thought of becoming a singer until his mother convinced him to do so. The star singer/rapper appeared on the upcoming episode of tvN “Talk Show Taxi” and shared some thoughts about his career from the trainee years and 2PM days to his successful return as a solo artist.

Kim Rae Won Makes $50,000 per Episode of “1,000 Days Promise”

A representative of SBS Drama “1,000 Days Promise” stated that Kim Rae Won’s contract stipulates that he gets about $50,000 per episode. Because “1,000 Days Promise” will last for 20 episodes, which means he will be making $1 million for the complete drama. For those of you that don’t’ know, “1,000 Days Promise” is about a girl Lee Seo Yeon (Soo Ae) that is slowly losing her memory because of Alzheimer’s disease and her lover Park Ji Hyung (Kim Rae Won). Park Ji Hyung was already betrothed to his fiancé No Hyang Ki (Jung Yoo Mi).

Lee Ji Ah’s Stardom Has No Effect on "Me Too, Flower" Viewership?

Although MBC’s new drama “Me Too, Flower!” which stars Lee Ji Ah gained a lot of attention, because it hasn’t been long since her controversial divorce lawsuit with Seo Taiji, the drama does not seem to be doing too well. According to AGB Nielson Research on November 10 (For the first episode that was broadcast on November 9), the first episode of “Me Too, Flower” only had a viewership rating of 6.8%. In comparison, the final episode of “Can’t Lose” (Also, the same time slot) had 7.8%. People believe that the reason is due to the popularity of “Deep-Rooted Tree” and “Glory Jane.”

Daesung’s TV Drama “What’s Up” Reveals Shorter Teaser Video

After teasing us with an official teaser video of “What’s Up” last month, MBN has revealed another teaser of Daesung’s comeback TV drama series today. In this 55 second clip, which is a more condensed version of what we saw last month, Daesung’s vocals fill the background music as he frequently makes an appearance. One of the most interesting lines we hear in this clip is when the lady in a white coat asks Daesung if he doesn’t want to become famous, and he replies, “I never wanted to.”
