JYP Nation Holds First Concert in Japan

JYP Entertainment held its first Japanese concert, “JYP Nation in Japan,” at the Saitama Super Arena on August 17th. For over three hours, all of the top JYP artists, including Park Jin Young, 2AM, 2PM, miss A, Wonder Girls, JOO, Lim Jung Hee, and San E, went on stage to perform live and captivate the hearts of more than 12,000 fans in attendance. Although most of these artists have not made their official debut in Japan yet, more than 400 press members from 200 media outlets came to cover the event, proving once again K-Pop’s growing presence across the world.

Dance Version of 2PM’s “I’m Your Man” MV Released

Just two weeks after releasing the full music video of their second Japanese single, “I’m Your Man,” 2PM has come back with the dance version of it! The new version took out the couple scene involving Chan Sung, and instead put heavier emphasis on the group’s overall choreography—with their sexy “necktie dance” fully intact!

Incheon Korean Music Wave Concert Held for 40,000 Fans

Basically, almost every single K-Pop idol in existence performed last night at the Incheon Korean Music Wave 2011 Concert! This large-scale concert, which was attended by some 40,000 fans, was held on August 13 at the Incheon Munhak Olympic Stadium. The epic lineup included Super Junior, 2PM, SNSD, 2NE1, BEAST, Kara, SHINee, 2AM, f(x), miss A, T-ara, MBLAQ, CN Blue, FT Island, SG Wannabe, Secret, 4minute, SISTAR and Son Dambi. The concert is geared toward promoting the city of Incheon to international tourists.
