On Sept. 5, SBS stated that "As drama ‘Scent of a Woman’ started to air, it gained huge popularity nationally and inquiries from international distributors began to flood in." Currently at the peak of its popularity, the drama was successful in being able to export to 8 different countries – Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
