SM Entertainment to Debut a Multinational Male Idol Group in 2012?

SM Entertainment, the entertainment agency behind the careers of some of K-Pop’s most popular groups, is said to be looking at launching a new all-male group of Korean, Chinese and Japanese members in 2012, local news agencies reported. The idea of launching a multi-racial group is aimed towards targeting a wider international audience base.

Special Performances Prepared for "2011 K-Pop Music Fest in Sydney"

BEAST’s Yoseob and MBLAQ’s G.O are slated to join the four members of CN Blue in a band performance. In addition, SNSD and SHINee will collaborate for a special dance number, while 2AM’s Jo Kwon and Changmin will join forces with 4Minute’s Gayoon and SISTAR’s Hyorin for an explosive vocal showcase. Since it is the first time that such a K-Pop event will happen in the Land Down Under, these special performances were conceived to delight the Australian audience.

SHINee Releases Tracklist for Their Full Length Japanese Album "THE FIRST"

It has been a busy few months for popular group SHINee. Between their Japanese promotions as well as helping to expand K-Pop worldwide through SMTOWN, the SHINing Idols have been going non-stop. Last month, it was announced that SHINee would release their first full-length Japanese album, appropriately titled, “THE FIRST”, in late November. A few days later another announcement was made regarding the album, stating that the release date was postponed until December. Sometime has passed since the news was made public and today, finally, the track-list has been revealed.

2011 K-Pop Super Concert Performances

In place of the weekly Inkigayo broadcast, SBS aired the "2011 K-Pop Super Concert" along with its earlier broadcast of the "2011 Love Sharing Concert." SHINee Successfully Completes London Concert
