SNSD’s Sunny, IU, Rainbow, and Sunny Hill to Join SBS MTV “Music Island”

SBS MTV’s “Music Island” has added SNSD’s Sunny, IU, Rainbow, and Sunny Hill to its already star-studded main cast! SNSD’s Sunny will be the main MC of the show, making it her first solo live show host experience. IU, Rainbow, and Sunny Hill will join MBLAQ, Block-B, B.A.P, and Jung Yeop as the main performing guests for the first recording of the highly-anticipated “live talk” music show.

T-ara’s Ji Yeon Reveals that She Dated Someone for Two Years

In a recent recording of MBC’s “Joo Byung Jin’s Talk Concert,” T-ara’s Ji Yeon revealed BTS stories of T-ara, as well as her past relationship. Super Junior’s Shindong, KARA’s Kang Ji Young, ZE:A’s Im Siwan, and RAINBOW’s Kim Jae Kyung were also guests of the show, and they shared their personal experiences as hallyu artists.

Kara’s Agency to Debut New Girl Group Through Animation Series

DSP Media, home agency to Kara and Rainbow, has announced that they will debut a new girl group through a Japanese animation series. On January 31, DSP Media held a press conference for the anime series titled, “Pretty Rhythm, Dear My Future,” and showcased the teen group for the first time.

On January 25, Lee Sang Bong uploaded a picture on his twitter with the text, “Girl group Nine Muse has just finished their fitting for the upcoming fashion show. The ‘Japan Girls Collection’ show will take place in Shibuya, Japan, with around 12,000 guests.” The photo was of the group Nine Muse with Lee Sang Bong.

On January 20, Ilgan Sports, a popular Korean newspaper in Seoul, did a special survey of idols, called Idol Research. It surveyed a total of 92 idols, 45 male and 47 female. The following idols were surveyed:
