SM Entertainment released a statement in response to the concerns raised on the health of SNSD, in particular Taeyeon and YoonA, during their recent MTV interview. SNSD was in the news a lot lately, not only for their recent success but because netizens have noticed that the girls looked extremely tired, especially during their MTV interview.

Japanese Release of "Heartstrings" OST to Feature Jung Yong Hwa’s "Comfort Song" as Bonus Track

Apart from Jung Yong Hwa’s “Comfort Song,” the Japanese release of the “Heartstrings” soundtrack will contain all 20 tracks from the original two-part Korean release, featuring songs sung by Jung Yong Hwa, Park Shin Hye, Kang Min Hyuk, M Signal and FT Island, among others. The Japanese version will also include a bilingual booklet.

The Boss Thanks Fans with a Special Live Performance Video of "Lady"

The Boss, the five-member all-male group has recently released their second single, “Lady.” Fresh from their first performance on SBS’ weekly music show “Inkigayo,” and in a gesture of gratitude to fans for the support, The Boss has released a special live performance video of the ballad on their official Youtube channel.

Legislation Passed in Response to "The Crucible"

“The Crucible,” the film depicting real-life cases of abuse in a school for deaf children, has moved beyond the box office into the legal arena. The “Dogani Law,” a revised bill named after the Korean title of the film was passed at a plenary session of the National Assembly. The revised bill allows for heavier punishments for sexual offenders, particularly those who abuse children aged 13 and under, and the disabled. Under the new law, the prison terms for rape against the disabled and young children will increase from its minimum of seven (for abuse of the disabled) to 10 (for abuse of young children) years. The new law also allows for offenders to be sentenced with life imprisonment. In cases where the offender is the head or a staff member of a welfare organization or an educational institution, an additional sentence will be served.

2PM to Hold Japan Arena Tour in December

With 2PM set to unleash their first Japanese album “REPUBLIC OF 2PM” at the end of November, the six “beast idols” are also gearing up for a concert tour in connection to its release. 2PM will be performing seven shows in five cities beginning on December 5.

SNSD’s "Tired Look" on MTV Interview Sparks Concerns over Their Health

SNSD has been making headlines for their recent success with comeback track “The Boys,” its worldwide release, and their sold-out one-night-only performance with labelmates in “SMTOWN in New York." After the concert, the girls appeared in an interview with MTV Iggy, which was broadcasted live in New York City’s Times Square. Snippets were later aired on the music channel, where Tiffany and Jessica, being fluent in English, mostly spoke for the group.

T-ara Reveals First Glimpse of the Movie-like "Cry Cry" Music Video

T-ara has unveiled a first glimpse to their upcoming “Cry Cry” movie-like music video. The 41-second teaser video was revealed on broadcast channel GOM TV on Monday afternoon. “Cry Cry” is a departure from the usual music video in that it plays out like a short film. T-ara members Jiyeon, featured prominently in the just-released teaser, Qri, Eunjung and Hyomin will play lead characters in the full music video. They star with MBC drama “Best Love” actor Cha Seung Won, Ji Chang Wook and Lee Jae Yong.
