Dance Portion of SBS “Hallyu Olympics” Introduces the "Male CL"

The celebrity lookalike contestants were not the only ones who received attention during the SBS Chuseok special, “Hallyu Olympics” that aired on September 13. During this special, 22 groups from six different countries competed in four categories, providing many enjoyable performances for viewers to see. The first contestant for the dance portion of the contest was “Taiwanese Super Junior.” They surprised everyone with with their powerful dances and extremely difficult acrobatics to “Sorry, Sorry” and “Mr. Simple.”

On September 13, SBS aired “Hallyu Olympics,” the first Hallyu Cover Contest, where contestants came out and imitated their favorite artists’ songs and dances, as well as actors’ famous scenes. On this day, 22 teams from six different countries (Korea, United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, and South Africa) competed against each other.

On September 9, the second episode of SBS’s "The Musical" aired, revealing a sudden kissing scene between the two. Go Eun Bi (played by Gu Hye Sun) is determined to quit performing in musicals after strong disapproval from her father. She starts to head down to her house in Dae Gu. After hearing about Eun Bi’s predicament, Hong Jae Yi (played by Choi Daniel) convinces her to continue, saying that if "she’ll do musicals, [he] will too".

KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" Records Lowest TV Ratings

As unfortunate as it is, drama "Spy Myeong Wol" is, as critics put it, "a work without wings." On Sept. 5, KBS "Myung Wol the Spy" was reported to have hit a viewer rating of 4.9%, according to AGB Nielsen’s statistics. It had always maintained a steady rate of 5-6%, but towards the end, the percentage dropped closer to 4%.
