After discovering the amazing K-Pop Mash Up that DJ Masa uploaded using 40 K-Pop songs, Super Junior’s Shindong wanted to contact him and asked people over the internet to give him information about the famous DJ. Days after this, he and DJ Masa announced their collaboration by the creation of a new dance group "Shin’s Family" to which DJ Masa will take charge of the music.
Tablo Set to Release Single "Airbag" on October 14
Epik High’s Tablo who recently signed a contract with YG Entertainment announced his come back after two years. On October 14 Tablo will release his first solo single "Airbag" as digital single. The song is featuring R&B artist Naul and it will be included in Tablo’s first solo album set to be out on November 1. The album also includes songs about his past two years, when Tablo took a break from the public scene after he was accused of providing a false Stanford degree.

BoA as a Judge for SBS’s "Survival Audition K-Pop Star"
BoA received positive criticism for her first go as an audition program judge. She was an American LA judge for SBS’s “Survival Audition K-Pop Star” that will be broadcast in December. BoA gave warm advice while talking about her own personal experiences for the 1:1 judging. When BoA saw a male participant who played the guitar, she gave a special smile that had everyone buzzing. K-Pop Star’s production team stated, “BoA set the tone with her ‘smooth charisma.’ Although she is younger than JYP and Yang Hyun Suk, everyone forgot about that during the audition program filming. She has prospect as an audition program judge because of her plentiful musical knowledge and experience.”

Currently the duo “Two Months” is one of the stronger contenders on Super Star K3. The duo is made up of Do Dae Yoon who plays the guitar and Kim Ye Rim the main vocal. It appears that both of them went to “Leonia High School” in New Jersey, they met together and practiced for two months before appearing on Super Star K3. Kim Ye Rim is receiving a lot of attention, and for a while the fact that she cut her hair shorter was a “hot topic keyword” on different web search engines.

YGE “GD&TOP’s Japanese Album Cancellation Was Agreed Upon Not Forced”
As Soompi.com reported earlier, GD&TOP’s Japanese album was cancelled because of G-Dragon’s marijuana incident. YG Entertainment recently stated to Star News, that the cancellation wasn’t forced on them but was an agreement reached with Avex (The company that handles the release/distribution of GD&TOP’s album in Japan). YGE stated, “GD&TOP’s Japanese debut single ‘Oh Yeah’ was supposed to be released on November 9 but because of the recent incident, we spoke with Avex and agreed on cancelling the release. Avex put this news up on the homepage we made together YGEX.”
