More f(x), SHINee, and DBSK BTS Shots from “SM Town Live in Paris”

We reported last month about the backstage photos from the “SM TOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in PARIS,” as well as behind the scene shots of SNSD, DBSK, Super Junior, SHINEee, and f(x), in the July issue of fashion magazine “Vogue Korea.” Recently, some additional behind the scene shots have been posted on the Vogue Magazine’s Korean website. JYJ Junsu’s Twin Brother Juno to Debut in Japan with Hamasaki Ayumi

JYJ Junsu’s twin brother Juno will debut in Japan with a duet track featuring popular female singer Hamasaki Ayumi, local media reported today. According to Juno’s Korean agency Media and Partners, Juno recently received a duet song request from Hamasaki Ayumi. Juno was already preparing for his first Japanese single and photo album, so he accepted the offer and joined the recording of Hamasaki Ayumi’s new single “Why” and new album “Five.” The release date is August 31st, which is also the same date that Juno’s Japanese debut single, “Fate,” will come out.

Beast Finishes Japanese Fan Meeting, 12,000 Fans Went Crazy

Beast finished off a successful Japanese fan meeting. According to Beast’s entertainment agency Cube Entertainment, Beast has met up with nearly 40,000 fans in six different Asiatic countries and recently on July 16th, they met with 12,000 fans in Tokyo, Japan. Beast opened up the fan meeting with a “Special Opening Stage.” The fan meeting was covered by over 100 different news and television sources.

After School Finishes a Successful Japanese Show Case

After School held a successful Japanese Show Case at the Akasaka Blitz and filled up 3,000 seats with Japanese fans. According to After School’s agency, tickets were sold out in a matter of one minute of opening, and also the After School MD products sold at the show case were also sold out.

SNSD Generates Over 20 Billion Won (19 Million USD) from Japanese Arena Tour

SNSD’s first Japanese concert tour, “Girls’ Generation Arena Tour 2011,” is coming to an end tonight with their concert in Fukuoka. SM Entertainment said the girl group’s total revenue from the tour is expected exceed 20 billion won ($19 million USD), as they attracted more than 140,000 fans from six cities. The figures are quite an accomplishment considering the fact that SNSD debuted in Japan less than a year ago, local media said.

Miss A Dominates Music Charts

Miss A showed true girl power as they dominated the music charts with their first official album. According to AQ Entertainment, as “A Class” miss A’s first official album was released online, it dominated music charts. The title song, “Good-bye Baby” after one hour of being released online became number one on Melon, Mnet, Doshirak, and Cyworld Online real time charts. Currently it is still number one for the following music online charts: Melon, Mnet, Doshirak, Cyworld, Naver, Bugs, Monkey 3, Daum, and Soribada.
