Wonder Girls’ Sohee Receives Roses and Wine on Coming-of-Age Day

Wonder Girls’ Sohee revealed the gifts she received for her Coming-of-Age Day. On May 22, along with a photo, she wrote on her twitter, "….Wine. Roses…." In the picture, there are boxes of wine with two red roses on top of them, which garnered attention. Roses and wine are the typical gifts given in Korea to a person who is becoming an adult. Sohee, who was born in 1992, is one of the idol singers who had their "coming-of-age ceremony" this year.

Top Girl Group Rankings Based on Fan Club Membership

Which girl group has the most fan club members? Recently, a ranking of the most popular girl groups was conducted using the total numbers of fan café members according to Internet portal site “Daum.” The group which came out on top was none other than SM Entertainment’s Girls’ Generation. Girls’ Generation had a whopping number of 284,600 members in their official fan café.

The Wonder Girls to Make Japanese Debut in July

The Wonder Girls will be entering the Japanese music market this July with their hit song “Nobody.” Oricon News reported on May 10, “The Wonder Girls will be releasing album ‘Nobody for Everybody,’ which contains the song ‘Nobody ‘in it, on July 25 and making their official Japanese debut.”
