Super Junior Wins Top Award at “21st Seoul Music Awards” (Winner List Included)

On January 19, Korea’s top artists were invited to the “21st Seoul Music Awards” held at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium. Twelve of the top K-Pop artists were given the “Bonsang” award to recognize their work and popularity over the past year. But the “Daesang” award, given to the top artist of the year, was awarded to none other than Super Junior.

MNet "M! Countdown" – Dec. 29, 2011

MNet’s “M! Countdown” bids farewell to 2011 with a celebration of the artists who have done well in the year. The year-ender special show features performances from Trouble Maker, Infinite, CN Blue, A Pink, Boyfriend, YB, Verbal Jint, Oksang Dalbit, Jung Joon Il, M.Street, B1A4, M.I.B and LED Apple.

[Updated] Mnet to Stream “Best of 2011 MAMA” on Facebook

This Wednesday, December 21, at 8pm EST/ 5pm PST, Mnet US will be streaming a three hour long presentation of “Best of 2011 MAMA” on their Facebook page. This show will feature exclusive behind the scenes footage and interviews. Mnet’s “Hello Pop!” VJ Chrissa Villanueva, who attended the event in Singapore, will host this program.

YB "I Autographed on a Woman’s Breasts"

On the December 6 episode of SBS “Strong Heart” YB’s leader Yoon Do Hyun spoke about an incident where he met a very interesting fan in the U.S. The incident was in 2009 when YB was a part of one of the U.S rock festivals named Warped Tour. Yoon Do Hyun said, “After a performance we had opened up a booth where we sold items that had to do with our band, we also took pictures with fans and gave out autographs. As the tour got longer, YB’s popularity continued to grow and the fans waiting in front of the booth grew as well.”
