The picture was significant because the picture was before the broadcast of SBS’ “Kiss and Cry” where the first elimination will occur. On June 21st at 3pm IU wrote on her metoday “Today is an important show because there will be the first round of eliminations for Kiss and Cry!” “It might be the final day for me, I had fun practicing! IU and Kim Yuna to Release Duet Track for SBS “Kiss and Cry”
Two of South Korea’s most beloved “Nation’s Sisters,” IU and Kim Yuna, have teamed up for the theme song of SBS “Kiss and Cry.” The song titled “Frozen Flower” was recorded on June 8th in about an hour as the two worked in complete harmony. According to an official, Kim Yuna showed off vocal range as deep as professional singers, leaving a strong impression on the whole recording crew.

IU recently emerged as the ‘Figure Queen’ by successfully performing a spiral during the recent filming of SBS’s “Kiss and Cry.” Not only that, she even gave impressive performances of various moves and positions that require high-level techniques, such as gliding underneath the partner’s legs, receiving a storm of applause from the fellow contestants and production crew.
Plans for Kiss and Cry Season 2? Nothing Set in Stone
SBS’ “Yuna Kim’s Kiss and Cry” is currently making plans for season two. On May 22nd, “Kiss and Cry” had its first broadcast with Yuna Kim and Shin Dong Yup as emcees and the celebrity guests being, Kim Byung Man, Younho, Son Dambi, IU, Lee Kyu Hyuk, f(x)’s Krsytal, Seo Ji Suk, Lee Ah Hyun, Park Joon Geum, and Jin Ji Hee. Ten figure skaters are paired with these celebrities and do missions and performances while they prepare for Yuna Kim’s big figure skating show.
Kiss and Cry: IU Practices 5 Hours a Day to Restore her Honor
IU is practicing figure skating five hours every day in order to restore her honor. On the first round of competitions for Kiss and Cry that was broadcast on May 29th she came in as last. She had received criticism that she didn’t show much effort. Because of this IU has been vigorously training. An employee from SBS stated on May 30th, “After the first round competition IU has been training five hours every day at an ice rink in Kyunggi-do.” “It appears that she was not happy with her poor results.”
Kim Yu-Na’s House Revealed!
On SBS’s “Kim Yu-Na’s Kiss and Cry” her house was revealed and has been catching a lot of attention. Before starting the actual filming the production team for the show visited her house. The interior of her home was very neat and the furniture was very regal. Kim Yu-Na’s dogs which were Shih-Tzus were also revealed. The dogs were barking at the production team and she said, “They have a bit of a personality.” Once she left her house she told the dogs “Make sure to guard the dogs.”
Son Dambi “Ice Skating, Still a Long Way to Go…”
Son Dambi gave her thoughts on the first episode of “Kim Yu-Na’s Kiss and Cry.” This is what Son Dambi said on her twitter on May 22nd at 7pm, “Although my skating skills are still mediocre I will strive to show you a better performance! Everyone’s was so memorable. Although we have a long way to go, everyone fighting! Kiss and Cry Fighting!”
